Unlike traditional file conversion websites, Online Tools Hub performs all file processing, image compression, PDF operations, audio trimming, and calculations locally within your web browser using HTML5 APIs, Canvas, and WebAssembly.

Zero Server Uploads: When you select or drop a PDF, image, audio, or video file into any of our tools, the file remains in your device's memory. It is never uploaded, transmitted, logged, or stored on our servers or any third-party cloud storage.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect or store uploaded passport photos, signatures, resumes, or certificates.
  • We do not collect names, Aadhaar numbers, phone numbers, or passwords entered into PDF encryption or utility forms.
  • We do not require user registration, logins, or credit card details.

3. Cookies & Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)

To keep our tools completely free and accessible for all users, we display contextual advertisements through Google AdSense.

Our web application uses your browser's localStorage solely to remember your UI preferences (such as light/dark mode selection and favorite tool shortcuts). This data resides exclusively on your local device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
